These bullets seem to perform as described. We have tested the expansion properties and it was impressive. As they say, every muzzleloader performs differently. FROG LAKE MASSACRE OF 1885

The Frog Lake Massacre took place on April 2, 1885. It was part of the North West Rebellion uprising that threatened the northwest. Prior to the time of the massacre, the Canadian government was unsympathetic to the Indian and Metis problems. The buffalo, the Indian's main source of food, had disappeared, their land was rapidly being taken over by the white man, and the fur trade was no longer as profitable to them as it had been in the past. There was a lot of unrest at the time and the entire west was like a powder keg waiting to be blown up. Many of the Indian tribes had already signed Treaties and were placed on reserves but not all tribes signed and many hesitated to do so; especially the younger warriors, and a few agitators.

St. Elmo was originated in 1879. Once called Forest City, the name changed because it was objected to by the post office department due to the fact that California all ready had a Forest City. The name derived from either a southern city with the name or named after a popular novel at the time called "St. Elmo". In this novel, the main character's name was St. Elmo Murray. St. Elmo had reached a population over 2000 people at its peak. St. Elmo is unique because the buildings are preserved not restored. St. Elmo has been labeled Colorado's Best Preserved Ghost Town. But we call it "God's Country"

The beast of the Apocalypse is already set up in Brussels, Belgium: It is a gigantic computer that makes its own programs. "By using three entries of six digits each, each citizen of the whole world will be given a distinct credit card number." Three entries of six digits each: 666.

Saint John's Apocalypse speaks of two Beast of the sea and the Beast of the earth, that will make up the "Antichrist" couple at the end of times. The commentators say that the Beast coming from the sea is the political power, Satan's fearsome ally. And the Beast coming from the earth is the power of money. The Beast of the earth, the financial power, "shall make all, both little and great, rich and poor, freemen and slaves, to receive a mark on their right hands, or on their foreheads, and that none might buy or sell, unless he carried this mark, which was the beast's name, or the number that stands for his name. Here is wisdom. He that has understanding, let him count the number of the beast. For it is the number of a man: and the number of him is six hundred and sixty-six." (Apoc. 13:16-18)

Well! The number 666 is no longer a mystery. We know that it refers to the gigantic computer that will be the great controller of all the men of the earth for their purchases and sales.

TIPS:

Overhydration: ADH Abnormality

You can cause an ADH abnormality. For example, if you voluntarily consume an excess amount of water over a long period of time, you may inadvertently depress the brain's production of ADH. Again, the result is that you drink increasingly more fluid, but absorb very little of it.

Whether your ADH abnormality is existing or self-induced, it's pretty serious. Absorbing water is an essential body function. An inability to do so may result in severe electrolyte imbalances, frequent fainting and other more serious health problems. If you suspect that you have this condition, see your doctor. A simple blood flow test will confirm this condition.

POPPY SEED ROLL

This traditional Hungarian recipe features a rich, glazed pastry. The sweet filling is stuffed full of ground poppy seeds--far more poppy seeds than are usually found in a single recipe--and accented with golden raisins and tart apple. The roll is lovely to look at and makes a marvelous dessert for special occasions (just be sure you're entertaining folks who enjoy the flavor of poppy seeds!).

Using a pastry blender, cut butter into 1-3/4 cups flour until you have dime-sized morsels. Make a well in the center; add egg, salt, and sugar; work dough until evenly distributed.

Add as much sour cream as necessary to make dough stick together. Knead, sprinkling more flour on the board and dough as needed to prevent sticking, until smooth and firm.

Form dough into a ball. Wrap in waxed paper; refrigerate one hour. Make filling while dough is resting.

Filling: Heat water and sugar in a saucepan; add raisins to plump them; then bring syrup to a boil. Pour syrup and raisins over poppy seeds and mix thoroughly until all are moistened. Stir in grated apple. Set aside until ready to use.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough into a rectangle 1/4-inch thick; spread with filling. Start at long side to roll up, pinching the first turn together and ending with a roll about three inches wide. Mix instant coffee and egg yolk together; paint top of cake with glaze. Make several swirls in glaze with a table fork; puncture roll down the middle once every three inches. Turn in ends and place on a baking sheet.

Put roll in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes or until dark golden brown on top. Cool thoroughly before serving.

Freezing Cheese

Many cheeses can be frozen with only a slight amount of texture loss. However, previously frozen cheeses are best used in cooking (sauces, pizzas, casseroles, etc.). Hard grating cheese (Parmesan, Romano, Asiago) as well as semi soft varieties (Swiss, Cheddar, Mozzarella) can be more successfully frozen than soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert).
