The MountainGnome was established in the winter of 1999. It was our first heavy snowfall in the pristine Rocky Mountains. I was writing peacefully, looking out to the west at the Sangre De Cristo range. It was an awe inspiring day to start this venture. The Lockergnome was a real inspiration to me. Chris Pirillo and his publication will always be a part of us. Since that snowy day in December of 1999 we've been steadily gittin' more new friends and readers! We are also doing our best to get more new s
ponsors and more great giveaways.
The MountainGnomes domain is NESTLED in the beautiful Rocky Mountains! As I stated previously we are setting up web cameras so you can view the most breathtaking vistas ever created by God!! We are located in the small western town of Boncarbo, Colorado. It is located near the ski towns of Cucharas, Taos, Wolf Creek, Breckenridge. In these times of economic and political upheaval, we at The MountainGnome hope to bring you some exciting and enjoyable information to lighten and enlighten your day.
